Many of you have been wondering "What happened to Ralf?" or "Where on this planet is he traveling right now?". Well, unfortunately all good things come to an end ..... maybe for new good things to begin. I returned to the US and my home San Francisco. I am still in the process of adjusting back to the 'normal' life and spend a lot of time re-establishing my business network and looking for my next exciting opportunity. There are still about 2 weeks of photos missing from my last stop in New Zealand and I really hope that I will be able to upload them as quickly as possible. Ralf,
We (your blog readers) haven't heard from you in ages. More so than your adventures, some of us are interested in finding out how you've travels have affected you, how you've changed. Did you settle for a completely different life in SF on your return? Are you back to the same job as before? Is there something that you saw in your travels that impressed you over everything else? What did you learn? What is the significance of this world trip of yours? I remember what you said your reason for embarking this adventure was (connected to that car accident that afternoon, remember?). Well, and? Did your trip answer the questions you started out with? Did it ellicit any more? Cuz more than the pretty pictures and the travelouge, to those who know you, this is far more interesting.
